  • Abstract
    The GZMT stock company is the first listed private company. It has really achieved marvelous performance for years. Because of the high-tech and labor intensive characteristic, along with the rapid development of the world economic integration and China joined the WTO, it must face internal and external competition. Meanwhile, the private capital faces the backward of the internal management process and the unclear development direction. In order to survival and achieve better development, the development strategy which is suit to the enterprise need be formulated. With the SWOT strategic analysis tool, on the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the GZMT stock company, this paper evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved, the results imply that the company has more strengths and opportunities than weakness and threats. The SO strategic combination can be selected.
