Abstract
Development of information technology contributes to the innovation of the way of information exchange, and the way of information exchange has changed from instant messaging to social networking. This study employs technology acceptance model to develop a unified theoretical model. Then empirical data which is collected from questionnaire and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to test the conceptual model. The results indicate that the usage experience have positive effect on difference of perceived ease of use and of perceived usefulness while those difference positively effects on the acceptance of the optional ways of information exchange. And the Similarity between the optional ways of information exchange has negative moderating effect on the first relationship.
