Construction of Training System for Skilled Talents Based on Innovative Abilities

Skilled talents who play an important role in enterprise technology innovation are the direct participants of technology innovation, which are key factors during the transformation of technology innovation achievements. This article provides a detailed discussion on the five major components that constitute the innovative abilities of skilled talents, such as innovative consciousness, innovative personality, innovative thinking, innovative technique and knowledge. We conclude that the innovative abilities of skilled talents can be effectively improved through training system which is composed of training needs analysis, selection of trainees, making plan for training, implementation of training plan and assessment of training effect.
