  • Abstract
    The risk management which penetrates in the process of cooperative innovation of the Industry-University-Research institute all the time, is a problem urgently needed for having a further research. In this paper, we firstly analyzed the complexity of the cooperative innovation risk management of Industry-University-Research institute and suggested that it can be regarded as an opening complex giant system. On basis of this, we introduced Meta-synthesis Engineering into the study, and constructed a framework of the risk management based on HWME and a conceptual model of the risk management system based on Multi-Agent. This innovative study provides new research perspectives and ideas for the follow-up study.
