Abstract :
In the fierce market competition and gradually standardized policy environment, it is imperative to improve corporate governance structure and establish modern enterprise system for family enterprises. Independent director system is a good solution to control the risk of the family listed company. Independent directors are able to give constructive advice based on their expertise and independence judgment to the company development, so as to have a significant and positive impact on enterprise value. This paper focuses on the study on the relationship between independent director and family business, elaborating further on how to create enterprise value by family enterprise´s independent directors.
