Abstract :
Empirical study shows innovation culture and atmosphere has a significant influence on performance through staffs´ achievement goals orientation in SME. Among them, organizational incentives, manager support, team support and autonomy can strengthen the staff´s LGO and PPGO, also can overcome PAGO. Organizational barriers will inhibit staffs´ achievement goals orientation. Therefore, managers need to reduce organizational barriers and stimulate organizational citizenship behavior by incentives, management support and empower, etc.
