Abstract
Based on the Organizational Support Theory, this paper forms evaluation Index of loyalty model for knowledge-workers of high-tech enterprise in information and communication field through three dimensions-job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment. By questionnaire conducted in an information communication company, this paper achieves data for structural equation and validates the fit index. Then it confirms the evaluation method as well as weights for all levels of index. Also a comparatively scientific loyalty model provides some ideas for quantitative study of psychological trend of knowledge-workers and building a high-efficient organization.
