  • Abstract
    Overload protection plays an important role in safeguarding the operation security and efficiency of large-capacity pumped storage units. Different types of inverse time characteristics of overload protection are utilized in practical protection devices. In order to improve the performance of overload protection in practical applications, a real pumped storage unit model is adopted to analyze the relationship among different inverse time characteristics of overload protection.
