Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
It is first discussed that electric engineering theory and technical question which tan δ increase and the level of insulation decrease are led to microorganism in transformer oil. The microorganism is successful separated from the oil with self-made optional nutrient medium. The conclusion is show that the stranger ability of biological oxidization is existed in oil and the charged bacteria and polarity in metabolic process directly affect on the characteristic of insulation.
