Abstract
As internal and external factors in "post-reform era" bring about a series of new issues for security environment, police organization must be happened comprehensive and fundamental transformation. Its logical mind should follow this thread: the starting point is police higher vocational education, the junction point is police that can adapt to the complicated security environment, the ending point is the police organization that can easily confront the situation in" post-reform era". Human resources are the root under new situation, and this is a precondition for police higher vocational education that has transformed. As law enforcement is vital to the police organization, the legal education for the police higher vocational education will undoubtedly be transformated. Legal education for police higher vocational education must be transformated from three aspects: Firstly, "conversion of ideas", that is, from "discipline standard" to "competence-based". Secondly, "two approaches", that is, the students will be trained to how to execute the law through the models of "cooperation between school and police station, combination of learning and work" and by offering the "synthetic training of law enforcement" courses, and the idea of the human rights and the public security responsibility can internalized through the nurture of the jurisprudence lectures. Thirdly, by establishing the "module courses group", which form a team of constabulary legal higher vocational education has ability of teaching, scientific research and service and improve the class teaching ability of sustainable development, so the eligible officials will be cultivated to face to the complicated security environment. It makes police organization to effectively deal with in "post-reform era".
