Abstract :
The miniaturalisation of technical devices enabled the creation of interactive newborn simulator devices. These simulators are primarily designed for pediatricians and neonatologists and for all health care personnel of these respective ward units. Individuals as well as whole teams may train approaches in various simulated situations and thus improve their practical skills. Special criteria and methods of evaluation should be set in order to follow effectiveness of personal education with the use of interactive simulators. The goal of this work is to create an applicable system of evaluation of practical skills and approach testing of single probands also able to follow up their development in time.
