  • Abstract
    In recent years multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) systems are proposed for utilization in diverse communication systems due to their high efficiency. In this research a system named Time Hopping Multiple input-Multiple output (TH-MIMO) is presented and the performance of this suggested system is compared with a MIMO system. Transmitting and receiving the symbols in our system is performed by using space diversity and time hopping. BER in MIMO system and TH-MIMO system will be compared. Our simulations confirm that our proposed system (TH-MIMO) has better BER in comparison with MIMO system. This property is a major advantage of our suggested system. In our simulations wireless medium suffers flat fading with additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN).
