Abstract
Large activities as an important event, its influence on urban traffic can´t be neglected. In this paper, the core problem is to study the effect of large activities on urban traffic. A novel traffic evaluation parameter is developed first and urban traffic effect model for large activities is proposed. Through analyzing the Float Car Data (FCD), the researchers developed the base parameter to evaluate urban traffic. Moreover, during designing the model, the paper adopted two novel ideas. One is “the least one kilometer” and the other is “small map grid analysis”. And then, an impact mode database is given. Finally, the evaluation using true Beijing data shows that the model is effective.
