Abstract
Two major research topics were investigated to find out new and useful results under the combination of pulsed power and cryogenic technology. The first major topic was the measurement of pulsed ion beams, which was divided into two minor topics concerning the divergence angle of medium mass ion beam on the cryogenic anode, and the use of CCD element to measure the beam specie and energy. The second major topic was cryogenic target ablation with pulsed ion beams, which was divided into two minor topics concerning the diagnostics of ablated plumes, and the thin film formation and the diagnostics. For respective items, the experimental methods, the preliminary results, and the plans for the near future are shown briefly.
