Measurement of IREB-driven strong langmuir field using electron beam probing technique

Application of electron beam probing technique to clarify the existence of the caviton has been studied. In this paper analytical and numerical analyses are given on the deflection patterns of the probe beam passing through a caviton. Also results of a previous experiment are discussed on the basis of these analyses.
