Abstract
The dynamics of 110-GHz high-power microwave breakdown of air at atmosphere are studied using the electron fluid model. The electron energy distribution function (EEDF) in the electron fluid model is assumed to be the Maxwellian EEDF. The results show plasma arrays formation is due to the combination of ionization and diffusion.
