Abstract
This paper describes a design of a broadband finline mixer. The LO signal input from the single asymmetry finline, the RF signal input from the single symmetrical finline, a pair of reverse diodes is placed between the finline and the suspended microstrip line and it constitutes a balanced mixing circuit. This mixer conversion loss is better than 10dB when it is working in 50-75GHz frequency band. So it can be widely used in various microwave receiving systems.
