Market-modeling and automated bargain based on negotiation for electronic transaction of bulk stock

The transaction of bulk stock influenced the all around aspects of the national economic system directly, a supervisory system of autonomic and high-intelligent which meets the demands of super-scale portfolio transaction is needed in a real-scenario electronic transaction platform for bulk stock. This paper defined a set of specification language MSL4BSET which applied to the electronic transaction of bulk stock. It formalized the marketing policy, transaction specification and business procedure; considering the mutilateral and muti-subject issues, proposed a propositional logic based knowledge representation system contains the traders´ needs,preference and level of risk acceptance,it also qualified the unanimous acceptance between mutilateral demands in the structure of ordinal preference; designed a sequential discreted algorithm, intend to calculate the automated negotiation and bargain figures in the domain of sequence. In the paper, we explored and provided the theorical supports for the construction of electronic transaction platform of bulk stock,managed the formal description on the flow of autonomic transaction and the solving approach of automated bargain based on logic analysis and reasoning.
