Abstract :
The enthusiasm of the members of the knowledge alliance of cluster enterprises is related to the incentive mechanism. Designing on the incentive mechanism for knowledge-based innovation of cluster alliance enterprise and analyzing its feasibility on the basis mentioned above provides a platform for each party of the cluster alliance enterprise to realize multi-win.
