On semantic formulization framework of XBRL based on a description logic DLRBR

This paper proposes a formalism description logic DLRBR with detailed syntax and semantics for XBRL, formalizes the XBRL meta-model and metadata respectively by DLRBR, and proves that all the inference problems of DLRBR can be transformed into consistency checking. The framework of future relevant researches is given at last.
