Profit model for supply chain cooperative partnership before and after

With the further development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises have been translating former "singles events" into "group game," building supply chain cooperative relationship and competition brings request inevitably. This paper, based on the two levels of supply chain model, set up supply chain enterprise decision-making model and analyzes the decision-making and decisions on decentralized supply chain enterprise response time, pricing and benefit from the situation, and the numerical example is given to compare the two decisions of the variables to demonstrate whether the necessary to set up the supply chain partner relationship.
