Abstract :
Flat control system based on free pendulum can send control signal to control stepping motor rotation, and adjust flat status through the deviation angle measurement of free pendulum by angle sensor, and the processing by STC89C52 Single Chip Microcomputer. Sensor adopts I2C interface digital-type angle sensor. The actuator is 12V four phase stepping motor, the angle of step is small, with high-precision execution and steady operation. Function toggle key and pause/continue key using interrupt scanning methods, save the memory of the Single Chip Microcomputer and improve the system sensitivity. The whole control system has simple hardware circuit, running stable and higher precision. The system can be used widely for other situations that need deviation angel to control flat.
