Abstract
Because of the status quo of strengthening the skills training, we propose reverse-based modular skills training concept in the reform of vocational education. It reverses the traditional concept of elite education. Such skills training system can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students. In order to match the actual situation of the students, the modular training program is used to drop the practice difficulty. Reverse-based modular skills training system is the combination of the educational philosophy and the system theory. It can effectively develop the students´ confidence to get a good training effect. Teaching practice demonstrated the effectiveness of reverse-based modular skills training system.
