A Note to Project Management Process Standard for BFS IT Industry

The purpose of this effort is to describe the Banking and Financial Services IT Industry´s Project Management process that supports the Information Technology Management policy for Project Management. This process establishes the requirements and responsibilities for all aspects of project management, which include the following activities in the BFS IT Industry: Developing project plans and coordinating project activities; Tracking accomplishments and results; Liaising between Technology and the Business; Assessing, managing, and reporting technical, cost, resource, and schedule risks.
