Abstract :
Solid solution of (PbFe0.5Ta0.5O3)x-(PbZr0.53Ti0.47O3)(1-x) (0.1≤ × ≤ 0.4) perovskite type structure produces a single phase materials, both in ceramic and thin films form. This novel material has low loss, possesses room temperature multiferroic properties, and has strong magnetoelectric coupling.
