Abstract
In view of the complexity of highway network status evaluation and the uncertainty of its influencing factors, this paper adopts vague set similarity measure model to construct a highway network status evaluation model. Combining the practice of highway network construction project evaluation, this model establishes the highway network status evaluation index system. The vague set similarity measure evaluation model is applied into the decision examples of highway network status evaluation. It completed the highway network evaluation and quality sorting, verified the validity and practical applicability of the model, and solved the practical problems of highway network evaluation decision in the project which led into a satisfactory result.
