Abstract :
This paper introduces the features of microblog platform, and presents four layer model for macro organization of such platform. We also mention event based microblog information recording and organization methods, define the core information behavior, event and information entities as well as the basic dimentions of different entities. We discuss the user interface in the view of navigation and information unit display.
