  • Abstract
    In this paper, considering the characteristics of smart grid, a smart grid pilot city planning post evaluation index system is established, and it is divided into six parts: intelligent power, intelligent transmission and distribution network, communication system, intelligent substation, intelligent consumption, performance and environmental. Each section covers three parts: forecast, scale, and construction of planning post evaluation. By this way, the indicators become very clear and comprehensive. In addition, according to the planning post evaluation process model, a more completed follow-up plan can be gotten.
