Abstract :
In order to study the control and optimization of macro-financial policy under the currency mismatch condition, conclusions include the following after the relationship between financial policies and currency mismatch have been fully proved. The interest margin between domestic and foreign currency should be respectively stable. Perfect the varieties of financial derivative to avoid debt risk. The scale of foreign currency should be reasonably controlled through financial markets´ open market operations. The currency swap rules in China should be improved. The required deposit-reserve ratio of foreign currency should be varied with financial indicators, changing the term structure of foreign currency deposits and reducing the maturity mismatch. Issue bonds denominated in the composite index of several national currencies to resolve the risk of currency mismatch. Establish foreign exchange stabilization fund to optimize foreign exchange reserves configuration. The currency mismatch pre-warming system should be constructed with the central bank remaining predominant.
