Abstract :
By the systematic principle, the maneuverable principle and the scientific principle, this paper makes out the evaluation indicator system of science and technology progress of coal enterprise. At the same time, an evaluation method is given by applying entropy theory. The method makes the inherent information of objects evaluated become data, synthesizes the entropy weight and the weight which is given by expert, and contrasts the nearness degree of evaluation indicator of science and technology progress of coal enterprise with the nearness degree of the relative optimizing value. The evaluation result is determined by Haiming distance. The result of applying example shows that the method is effective and rational.
