  • Abstract
    The differential pressure sensor with magnetic fluid is studied in this paper. We measure the viscosity of magnetic fluid, which increased with increasing the applied magnetic field, and deduce the relationship between the dynamic viscosity of magnetic fluid and the external magnetic field intensity. And in consideration of the viscosity variation, the mathematical magnetic - mechanical coupling model is developed, which described the dynamic characteristic of the sensor, based on equations of motion of fluids. Finally, we verified and analyzed the correctness of the model through simulation.
