Abstract
Kills and knowledge acquired through one´s tenure in the organisation belongs to the organisation rather than the individual. But within the same organisation there can be paradigm shift in skill levels of employees within the same class. This paper makes an effort to the underlying factors of knowledge hoarding in eco-tourism destinations. It has been found that employees´ responsiveness towards knowledge sharing differ considerably among different personality types. Ultimately this paper would serve as a platform for forming an effective knowledge sharing platform.
