Abstract
The fast pace of technological changes, market changes, demographic changes, social and management changes requires that human resources professionals should rejuvenate their competencies to match these new challenges. The supervisor´s job is to guide the cluster towards its goal, see that each one members of the team are productive, and resolve drawback as they arise. The study on Supervisory competency analysis is a crucial and fundamental activity for any organization. Statistical tools like Correlation; Regression Factor Analysis has been used to determine the Supervisory core competencies and to study the impact towards organizational performance.
