Abstract
In this paper, we extend and apply the weighted integral (of differential) method[1-8] to the separation and parameter estimation problem of a mixture of damped sinusoids. Exact closed-form formula for the parameters are obtained from a small number of finite Laplace transform measurements of any short-duration transient waveform. Numerical simulations and application to MEMS vibratory structure analysis are shown.
