Abstract
Measurement and Control Engineers have to contribute for recovering the authority which apparently has disappeared after Fukushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant disaster. Especially the problem of Fukushima NPP came from the defect of the original scheme designed for emergency case, which conditions were limited within considerable bounds at that time, 1960s. Now the limit is expanded to considerable all cases. MCEs have the role to establish the countermeasure to cope with this unlimited requirement for Japanese to be able to live their daily lives in ease of minds.
