Abstract
The need for vital sign measurement system has been increasing. This system is intended to monitor health at all times. And it is must be a non-invasive and unrestrained. In this study, we will be the development of vital sign measurement system. We acquired the waveform of strain body surface by FBG sensors. This waveform is a pulse-wave due to the pulsation of the artery. Systolic blood pressure value was calculated from the waveform of the time difference between the two places. We have confirmed the validity of the principle of systolic blood pressure measurement by the FBG sensor.
