Abstract :
The current cultivation of the Free Normal Students´ educational technology ability is based on the short-time formal courses, not formed a long-time cultivation mechanism. This paper will introduce informal learning theory into the cultivation process, trying to change the existed drawback of the cultivation of education technology ability. This paper analyzed the advantage of the informal learning used to improve the free normal students´ educational technology ability, and constructed a educational technology ability improvement model based on informal learning theory, designed two kinds of informal learning modes: the individual informal learning and group informal learning. This paper finally put forward the specific implementation of relevant strategies.
