Abstract
Protection of electronic devices and components against effects of electrostatic discharge is considered as very important part of their production and operating conditions. Many facilities exist such as metal covers and sheets, their grounding, etc. Consumption of specific metal is staggering, therefore modern textile materials can be used instead. Paper focuses on modeling of antistatic textile materials which are compound of non-conductive and conductive fibres. Conductive structure in the textiles enables to distribute the charge and it prevents from undesirable sparks.
