Research on innovation of Chinese transfer system of trust beneficial right

Transfer of beneficial right of trust refers to the act that beneficiary transfers his beneficial right of trust to the third party by his own will. The successful transfer of beneficial right depends on the successful transfer of trust product. The circulation services provided by Chinese trust institutions are not effectively developed, lack outside markets and can not be transacted on security markets. And lack of such an important circulation track make difficult for the circulation of trust products of China. Trust products lack circulation as a result of lack transfer channel of beneficial right of trust, which has caused many problems of the trust industry´s development in China. The innovative measures include determining legal nature of trust certificate of beneficial right and building the unified information platform of transfer of beneficial right.
