  • Abstract
There are many constraints in the development of China´s low - carbon buildings and these constraints are complex and interactive. How to determine the bottlenecks which influences the development of China´s low - carbon buildings is the key. On the basis of checking to domestic and foreign literatures, the paper identifies policy factors, enterprise factors, technology factors and market factors which restrict the development of China´s low - carbon buildings, uses the method of DEMATEL to carry out qualitative and quantitative system identification for the constraints of the development of China´s low - carbon buildings starting from the interaction relationship between the factors, analyses the main bottlenecks factors and provide a theoretical basis to guide the healthy development of China´s low - carbon buildings.
