Management strategy of information resource sharing in aquatic products deep processing virtual industrial cluster based on trust mechanism

Aquatic products deep processing virtual industrial cluster (APDPVIC) is a new kind of cluster mode in knowledge economic area. And one of the important influencing factors of technical innovation is information resource sharing among members on APDPVIC. Since the characteristic of nongeographical constraints, APDPVIC must establish trust mechanism to guarantee the security and efficiency of the information sharing. Then based on trust mechanism, the shared information resource is collected and integrated timely and accurately by the resource sharing map. And other strategies can be used to improve the utilization of the shared information resource, such as agreement management, publish and upload management, point management, supervision management. This paper has a very important theoretical meaning and practical significance on researching management strategy of information resource sharing, improving the APDPVIC´s competitiveness.
