Abstract

In recent years, Jilin´s FDI has got a great growth not only in the absolute value of FDI flow but also in the FDI performance index, the performance of FDI tends to be better gradually. Fixed assets investment, R&D expenditure and the numbers of higher education play important roles in pushing the development of Jilin´s FDI by means of the analysis of performance index, while the export does not function well. Thus, in order to push the development of Jilin´s FDI, we should pay more attention to take comparative advantages and optimize the export trade structure, adjust the investment structure of the fixed assets and heighten the investment efficiency, rationalize the R&D funds and the improve efficiency in the use of them, increase and use rationally the educational funds.
