The research of Wuhan commercial housing vacancy rate

The commercial housing vacancy rate is an important standard for measuring the local development of commercial residential business, concerning with judgment of the whole real estate and the process of establishing a harmonious society. Through a regression analysis model, this paper aim to analysis the commercial house natural vacancy rate in Wuhan and compare it with the commercial house actual vacancy rate from 2001-2010. After researching into it, we find that the factual is higher than the natural vacant residential rate from 2001-2003, but it is otherwise from 2004-2010. According to the research´s conclusion, some feasible suggestions were put forward, which will be helpful to the healthy development of the industry of commercial housing in China.
