The research on SMEs´ trade cooperation capacity with Russia in Heilongjiang province

AS the largest province of the Chinese economic and trade cooperation with Russia, the SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) of Heilongjiang Province are the main body of the Russian economic and trade cooperation. With the increasingly fierce international competition, The SMEs of Heilongjiang Province need to improve the economic ability and trade cooperation with Russia to gain a competitive advantage in the new domestic and international environment. Taking the SMEs of Heilongjiang Province as the study objects, this paper constructed the assessment system of SMEs in Heilongjiang Province from the industrial structure theory and the enterprise capabilities theory, and then assessed the operating capabilities of object enterprises, according to the results of the evaluation, the proposed recommendations for enterprises and government.
