  • Abstract
    With the increasing emphasis on the evaluation of capital expenditure and investment returns of state-owned enterprises, the relationship between inputs and outputs become the focus of enterprises to make investment decisions. Under the background of telecommunication industry, the Distributed Lag Model is used to investigate the relationship between the investment in fixed assets and telecom business revenue. By Comparing with the estimation methods, the parameters in the model are estimated by the method of Almon polynomial method, and the equivalent relationship between the two variables is got. This relationship is applied into the analysis of the effects of investment analysis and revenue forecasts. Finally, the operators´ investment management and investment structure of the telecommunications industry has put forward a reasonable proposal.
