Abstract :
Organizational isomorphism refers to “the constraining process that forces one unit in a population to resemble other units that face the same set of environmental conditions”. Industrial cluster is a kind of local phenomenon in industrial development and evolution process, so its regional isomorphic phenomenon is more obvious. The text detailedly discussed elements composing of organizational isomorphism of cluster enterprises, the influence of organizational isomorphism of cluster enterprises on innovation performance and the effect mechanism of organizational isomorphism on innovation performance based on knowledge search view, and constructed a theoretical model and put forward relevant assumptions. This text not only enriches and develops the research of industrial cluster and organizational isomorphism theory of cluster enterprises, but also provides theoretical and empirical basis for cluster enterprises to improve innovation performance.
