Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluate the economical efficiency of construction contract

Contract management is perfect gradually, construction contract management,however,still exist some problems. Plenty of disputes and problems of construction contract are related to economy. But, the huge economic interests produced by the construction contract can´t be taken seriously. In this context, it puts forward a new concept in the paper, it means definition of contract economy and construction contract economy, this paper elaborate the behavior representation and its influence factors of economic efficiency of construction contract. Evaluating the economic efficiency of construction contract by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper give three Suggestions on economic efficiency of construction contract.
