Abstract
Information risk is widely present in human resource management process. Information distortion, information asymmetries, information disclosure, information hiding, information shortage, information redundancy and so may lead to human resources management risk. This paper based on AGBA comprehensive evaluation method of BP Neural Network, build a HRM information risk indicators system and measure model, proposed to dynamically monitor and continuously control HRM information risk.
