Abstract
Using the theories of explosive mechanics and rock fracture dynamics mechanics, obtains that explosive pressure and stress intensity factors of the complex slotted seam cartridge respectively is about 8.17,10 times than the conventional slotted seam cartridge in the slotted seam location; explosive pressure, stress intensity factors of slotted seam location respectively is about 2.21, 2.71 times than the non-slotted seam location, thus the complex slotted seam cartridge has better directional fracture effect; Using the finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA numerical calculations, obtains that the complex slotted seam cartridge´s crack is greater than the conventional slotted seam cartridge´s crack in the slotted seam location at the initial explosion; Through similar simulation experimental study, using the microscopic fracture detection stress wave measurement and the macroscopic observation method, a comprehensive analysis of the complex slotted seam cartridge and the conventional slotted seam cartridge´s blasting effect, the analysis also indicated that the complex slotted seam cartridge has the better directional fracture effect and the higher energy utilization, and is smaller to the surrounding rock damage.
