Abstract :
This paper is combining the reality of CAPF having priority in delivery, Considering from the angle of comfort and fighting capacity maintenance, this paper unifies multiple factors influenced on the choice of path. It constructs prior matrix and carries out the backup paths and their weights. It also constructs the multiple-spot reinforcement pattern. It designs the dispatch project on the troops´ areal delivery guarantee and the optimized arithmetic of the path. At last, it tests and verifies the practicality and scientific property combining examples.
